HM Revenue and Customs

The HMCE as it was known was tasked with modernising many of its services to the trade community. One of these services was the declaration of exports. Previously a time consuming and labour intensive process, export declarations were to be made electronic using Web, XML and government gateway technology.

BP Consulting were selected to recover the failing New Export System (eNES). Our Technical Project Manager quickly gained the trust of the business and delivered eNES on-time and within budget.
