Building an architecture for electronic trading.

LIFFE was preparing for the demise of open outcry trading and fully electronic trading. BP Consulting provided technical and management consulting to the architecture group for two distinct pieces of work.

The technical consultancy was to provide an independent evaluation of various software development platforms and make recommendations. BP Consultancy were also engaged to build and implement a corporate project delivery methodology based on proving a strong business case.
