One of our clients provides industry-leading Fleet Management solutions, Ship Security Alert Systems (SSAS) and Marine Telematics products to more than 600 companies in the commercial shipping and marine industry. The company has offices in London and Hong Kong and a worldwide network of distributors. This client currently has the following permanent vacancies:


Sales Director
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a senior management appointment. You will be responsible for: planning and implementing sales strategy; managing the sales teams based in London and Hong Kong; the recruitment, training and motivation of the sales team; managing some strategic accounts of your own. The successful candidate will have at least three years experience as a sales director, or as a senior sales manager, in a B2B environment. An in-depth knowledge of the commercial marine / shipping industry is required.
Business Development Manager
Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of business development projects. These include: LRIT services, projects with strategic accounts and the design of commercial marine products. You will also be required to lead some, and assist senior management with, sales to global strategicaccounts. The successful candidate will have an intimate knowledge of the commercial marine / shipping industry and may have seagoing experience as a deck officer.
Key Account Manager
Reporting to the Sales Manager - London, you will be responsible for developing your key accounts and prospects in the commercial marine industry and increase revenue from these accounts. You will work with the sales team to maximise sales of all products. You should be confident and successful in presenting at senior executive level and can undertake international travel with a degree of flexibility The successful candidate will have at least three years experience as part of a sales team in a B2B sales environment, a good knowledge of the commercial marine / shipping sector and may have seagoing experience.
Graphic Designer
This is a key role in the Marketing and Sales team. You will be responsible for all the design and artwork of on-line and printed media. Projects include: developing and maintaining the sale?s website, creating interactive and flash demo's, animated training DVD's and other training materials. The successful candidate will have experience with Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Web application design and Illustrator. Experience in XML tools such as Oxygen, XMLSpy and Stylus would be an advantage.
